At WHACK Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all equipment remains in its original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a return.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that cricket bats, pads, or helmets are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your items to confirm they are in new condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
